Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC Technical Lead with 10–15 years of hands-on experience in CNC administration, system architecture, technical operations, environment management, performance tuning, and production support. The candidate will be responsible for managing JDE EnterpriseOne environments, deployments, upgrades, troubleshooting, and technical governance across development, test, UAT, and production environments.

The resource will work closely with JDE Functional, Technical, Infrastructure, Database, Integration, and Business teams to ensure stable and reliable JDE operations.

Key Responsibilities

JDE CNC Administration

- Administer and support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 environments.
- Manage JDE Enterprise Server, HTML Server, AIS Server, Database Server, Deployment Server, and related components.
- Perform CNC configuration, environment setup, package builds, deployments, and promotions.
- Manage JDE users, roles, security, environments, and data sources.
- Monitor system health, batch jobs, queues, logs, and system performance.
- Troubleshoot JDE application, middleware, connectivity, and infrastructure issues.

Installation, Upgrades & Patching

- Support JDE EnterpriseOne installations, upgrades, ESUs, ASUs, and application releases.
- Perform CNC activities related to Tools Release upgrades and package deployments.
- Coordinate JDE patching and maintenance activities across environments.
- Support deployment of applications, reports, business functions, tables, and UBEs.

Performance & Production Support

- Analyze and resolve JDE performance issues.
- Monitor Enterprise Server, HTML Server, AIS, database, and batch-processing performance.
- Troubleshoot long-running UBEs, stuck jobs, memory issues, connectivity problems, and system failures.




- Provide L2/L3 production support for critical JDE incidents.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement preventive actions.

Integration & Technical Support

- Support JDE integrations with external applications and middleware.
- Troubleshoot AIS, Orchestrator, REST/SOAP, APIs, and database/interface-related issues.
- Work with integration teams on connectivity, authentication, certificates, and interface failures.
- Support monitoring of JDE integration points and proactively identify potential failures.

Security & Governance

- Manage JDE security, user profiles, roles, and security overrides.
- Support segregation-of-duties and access-control requirements.
- Follow change management, release management, and production deployment processes.
- Maintain CNC technical documentation, architecture diagrams, SOPs, and operational procedures.

Disaster Recovery & Environment Management

- Support JDE backup, recovery, high availability, and disaster recovery activities.
- Participate in DR testing and environment refresh activities.
- Coordinate development, QA, UAT, and production environment refreshes.
- Ensure consistency of JDE configurations across environments.

Required Technical Skills

- 10–15 years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with JDE EnterpriseOne 9.2.
- Strong knowledge of JDE CNC architecture and administration.

- Knowledge of JDE Orchestrator, AIS, REST APIs, and integrations.
- Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting production environments.
- Good understanding of networking, ports, certificates, SSL, DNS, and connectivity troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

- Experience supporting large-scale JDE production environments.
- Experience with JDE Orchestrator Studio and AIS Server.
- Knowledge of cloud-based JDE deployments and OCI/AWS/Azure environments.
- Experience with automation and scripting.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM tools.
- ITIL knowledge/certification.
- Experience working with offshore/onshore teams.
- Strong incident, problem, change, and release management experience.

Role Expectations The candidate should be capable of acting as a JDE CNC Technical Lead, providing technical leadership for day-to-day operations, production support, environment management, deployments, performance optimization, integrations, and continuous improvement of the JDE EnterpriseOne landscape.
