Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Revenue Generation:

n

Drive advertising revenue for Republic TV’s linear channels by identifying and acquiring new clients across sectors.
n
Grow business from existing accounts through up-selling, cross-selling, and customized media solutions.
n

Client & Agency Management:

n

n
Build solid relationships with key media agencies and direct clients.
n




Collaborate with agency planners / buyers and brand managers to create effective and creative ad campaigns.
n

n

n

n

n
Sales Strategy & Planning:

n

n
Create account-level sales strategies and implement them to meet or exceed revenue targets.
n
Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and identify growth opportunities.
n

n

n

n

n
Campaign Execution & Coordination:

n

n
Work closely with internal teams – Programming, Traffic, Operations, and Creative – to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
n
Monitor performance, track deliverables, and ensure high client satisfaction.
n

n

Key Requirements:

n
3–7 years of relevant experience in Media Ad Sales, preferably with exposure to Linear Television.

n
Robust existing relationships with media agencies and clients.

n
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

n
Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented approach.
