We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, salary negotiations, offer rollout, and onboarding activities

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Manage interview feedback and candidate communications.
Perform salary negotiations and offer discussions.
Ensure timely joining and onboarding of selected candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




Build robust relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers.
Generate recruitment reports and hiring updates
