About the Role
Lead AI and automation initiatives within Direct DDM, delivering measurable business productivity, efficiency improvements and scalable AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities – Deliver AI Projects End-to-End
-Identify use cases; manage lifecycle from ideation to deployment; track productivity gains; drive adoption and stakeholder management.
-Develop AI roadmap, evaluate GenAI and automation technologies, establish governance, scale successful use cases, and build organization-wide AI capability.
Technical Skills
Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power BI, SQL, AI Governance.
Functional Skills
Project Management, Business Process Re-engineering, Change Management, Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management and Perks Tracking.
