About the Role

Prakash Lamps is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Executive to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock movement. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with warehouse management software such as 6 Orbit, SAP, or similar ERP systems, along with solid knowledge of inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations, including inward and outward material movement.
Ensure accurate receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming materials.
Process dispatches and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records in 6 Orbit, SAP, or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS/ERP).
Perform regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical inventory verification.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment.
Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Delivery Challans, and other warehouse documentation.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of inventory.
Coordinate with logistics, production, and sales teams for smooth material flow.
Identify inventory discrepancies and resolve stock-related issues.




Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Generate inventory and stock movement reports for management.

Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
Hands-on experience with 6 Orbit, SAP, or similar ERP/Warehouse Management Software.
Robust knowledge of:
Inward & Outward Material Management
Inventory Control
Stock Audits & Cycle Counts
Goods Receipt & Dispatch Process
Warehouse Documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and in a team workplace.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience in the manufacturing or lighting industry will be an added advantage.
