Role Optometrist

Key Responsibilities

n

Perform comprehensive eye examinations and vision tests
n
Diagnose refractive errors
n
Prescribe spectacles and contact lenses
n
Conduct diagnostic tests (Auto Refraction, Keratometry, Tonometry, etc.)
n
Assist ophthalmologists in clinical procedures when required
n
Provide pre- and post-operative counseling for patients
n
Maintain accurate patient records and reports
n
Guide patients on eye care, lens usage, and hygiene
n

Positive communication and patient handling ability

Eligibility Criteria

D.Optom / B.Sc Optometry / M.Optom
n
1–6 years of relevant experience
n
Freshers with robust internship experience may also apply
