Key Responsibilities
Lead Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Taxation and Budgeting.
Manage Cash Flow, Collections, Fundraising and Project Finance.
Monitor Project Profitability, Financial Controls and MIS.
Handle RERA Escrow Compliance, Audit and Statutory Compliance.
Manage Investor Relations and Banking Relationships.
Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO/MD and Board.
