Designation: Senior Director - City Operations

Responsibilities, aka, what we'd like you to deliver:

Lead end-to-end business performance and P&L; across a portfolio of cities, driving profitable and sustainable growth.
n
Own city operations across dark stores, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery, ensuring industry-leading speed, reliability, and customer experience.
n
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve unit economics, productivity, service levels, and operational efficiency at scale.
n
Partner with Product, Category, Supply Chain, Finance, and Central Operations to solve complex business problems and unlock growth prospects.
n
Lead network expansion, capacity planning, and operational readiness for current markets and business initiatives.
n
Build scalable operating models, governance mechanisms, and data-driven decision frameworks that support rapid growth.
n




Inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing regional and city leadership teams while fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and execution excellence.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

n

n
10–18 years of experience leading large-scale operations in quick commerce, e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, retail, or consumer technology.
n
Proven track record of owning multi-city businesses with P&L; responsibility and delivering measurable business outcomes. Robust business acumen with the ability to balance growth, customer experience, and profitability.
n
Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, with experience leading large, geographically distributed teams.
