Job Role: PGT (Business Studies)

Location: DLF Phase 1, Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Teach Business Studies to senior secondary students (Classes 11 & 12).
n
Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum (e.g., CBSE syllabus).
n
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, tests, and exam papers.
n
Evaluate students’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
n
Guide students in projects, case studies, and practical applications of business concepts.
n
Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning setting.
n
Use up-to-date teaching aids (smart boards, presentations, case-based learning).
n
Stay updated with changes in curriculum and teaching methodologies.
n
Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and extracurricular activities.

Educational Qualifications

n

n
Master’s degree in Commerce / Business Studies / MBA (relevant specialization).
n
B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
n
CTET / State TET qualification (preferred or required in some schools).
n
Solid subject knowledge in Business Studies.
n
