Job Description – Sourcing Manager (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage sourcing to achieve business targets.
n
Generate and manage leads through channel partners, brokers, referrals, and direct sourcing.
n
Develop and maintain solid relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.
n
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
n
Ensure timely follow-ups and maximize lead-to-booking conversions.
n
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for seamless execution.
n
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
n

Requirements:

n

n
1–6 years of experience in real estate sourcing or sales.
n
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
n
Valuable knowledge of the Thane real estate market.
n
Target-driven with the ability to perform in a quick-paced environment.
n
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
n

Preferred Candidate:

Prior experience in Real estate sales.
n
Candidate should be based in Thane or nearby locations.
n
