About the Role

Manage relationships with channel partners and monitor channel partner performance against sales targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Performance Management

n

n
Monitor channel partner performance against sales targets, KPIs, and productivity benchmarks.
n
Track revenue, business growth, and channel effectiveness across regions.
n
Support the onboarding and activation of recent channel partners through coordination with the field sales team.
n
Identify underperforming channels.
n

Analytics & Business Insights

n

n
Analyze sales data, channel performance metrics, and market trends.
n
Identify gaps, prospects, and improvement areas to enhance channel productivity.
n
Develop insights and recommendations to support business planning and decision-making.
n
Monitor key performance indicators and prepare variance analysis reports.
n

n

Operations & Process Management

n

n
Resolve operational issues and process bottlenecks impacting channel performance.
n




Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Finance, and Technology for issue resolution.
n
Ensure adherence to channel management processes, policies, and governance standards.
n
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and partner experience.
n

MIS & Reporting

n

n
Generate and maintain channel MIS, dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports.
n
Prepare periodic management reports on sales performance, target achievement, and channel productivity.
n
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
n
Present channel performance insights to management and business stakeholders.
n

Experience

n

n
3–5 Years of experience in Channel Management, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Distribution Management, MIS, or related functions.
n
