Team handling experience is mandatory

Vehicle and valid driving license required

Responsibilities:
Drive sales of unsecured loans, focusing on business loans.
Build and maintain solid client relationships.
Lead and manage a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
Identify and capitalize on business prospects.
Conduct regular client visits and fieldwork to ensure customer satisfaction.
