We're Hiring: Manager – Dairy Projects | Hyderabad

n

Execute dairy projects (Greenfield & Brownfield) across locations

n

Ensure timely completion as per project schedules

n

Material planning, tracking & cost control

n

Handle construction of dairy plants & chilling centers

n

Installation, erection & commissioning of dairy equipment

n

Manage utilities (Boilers, ETP, WTP, Compressors, Cold Rooms, Electricals)

n

Liaison with Govt. authorities (Factories, CEIG, IBR, PCB)

n

Drive energy efficiency & sustainability initiatives

n

Team management & manpower optimization

n

Vendor development & contractor management

n

Coordinate with internal teams & OEMs (Tetra Pak etc.)

n

Ensure statutory compliance for current/expansion projects

n





Implement TPM, ISO, SHE, FSSAI standards

n

Maintain documentation & periodic reporting

n

Candidate Profile

n

B.Tech – Dairy / Mechanical / Electrical or related field

n

10–15 years in dairy project execution

n

Experience in fully automatic ice cream plant operations/projects is preferred

n

Robust experience in Greenfield / Brownfield projects

n

Expertise in dairy equipment & utilities

n

Solid coordination & stakeholder management skills

n
