Hiring: Cost Controller | Bengaluru | Hybrid

We are looking for a Cost Controller to join our Business Planning & Control team in Bengaluru.

n

Required Experience & Qualifications

n

n
CA Qualified / CA Inter Qualified
n
5+ years of relevant experience after CA Final / CA Inter
n
Required experience working with Indian clients and Indian accounts
n
Required experience working in a service-based company
n
Strong experience in Cost Control, OPEX, Budgeting & Forecasting, P&L; and Cost Optimization
n
Robust Excel skills with the ability to work with large datasets
n
Positive understanding of Cost Centre, GL, Provisioning and Cost Apportionment
n
Robust analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Drive cost control and support budget owners in staying within budgets
n
Conduct Actuals vs. Budget analysis and provide insights to stakeholders
n




Manage OPEX budgeting and rolling forecasts
n
Perform cost allocation/apportionment across LOBs
n
Identify and drive cost-saving and optimization initiatives
n
Support incentive provisioning and special project cost tracking
n
Ensure accurate cost booking and reporting
n
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and provide financial insights for decision-making
n
