Total Experience Required: 8–12 years of overall relevant experience.
BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience is mandatory.
Location: Open — candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi Client, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.
Engagement Type - Full Time - Permanent
Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered — this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.

Role Overview

This role supports the Hong Kong wealth business. We are looking for a generic Transformation BA with positive experience across any banking domain and customer journeys on mobile apps. Exposure to Wealth domains and digital sales/engagement is optional. The ability to manage senior stakeholders is key.

Key Responsibilities




Gather and document requirements supporting the Hong Kong wealth business
Analyze customer journeys across mobile app and digital wealth channels
Manage senior stakeholder engagement across the transformation initiative
Contribute to Wealth domain and digital sales/engagement workstreams as needed
Support requirement validation and delivery tracking throughout the project lifecycle

Required / Must-Have Skills
Transformation BA experience with robust customer-journey/mobile-app exposure
Ability to manage senior stakeholders

Preferred / Valuable-to-Have Skills
Exposure to Wealth domains and Digital sales/engagement
Understanding of investment products such as Equities, Fixed Income, Funds, Alternatives, and Structured Products
Financial Planning, Investments, Data & AI, Advisory, and Capital Markets knowledge/experience preferred but not mandatory
