Job Description:

A Site Manager for Operations and Maintenance (O&M;) leads the in office technical, safety, and administrative operations of utility-scale solar or renewable energy assets. The role focuses on maximizing plant performance ratio (PR), ensuring high equipment availability, managing local grid compliance, and supervising field engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
Plant Performance Optimization: Monitor daily generation data, SCADA parameters, and auxiliary consumption to maintain peak energy yield and target performance ratios.
Maintenance Management: Oversee scheduled preventive maintenance and rapid breakdown rectification for inverters, transformers, HT switchyards, and solar modules.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Setting (HSE) standards, LOTO procedures, and local statutory or grid-code compliance across the site.
Contract & Vendor Coordination: Manage in office third-party contractors, module cleaning crews, and OEM warranty claims or service level agreements (SLAs).
Reporting & Inventory: Track spare-parts inventory, manage site logs, and submit structured monthly operational and financial performance reports
