Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Java + React.js Developer with 2-3 years of experience in full-stack application development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, REST APIs, and SQL databases, with the ability to develop scalable, high-performance web applications and work effectively in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications.
- Build responsive, reusable, and user-friendly UI components using React.js.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and development teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting activities.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Follow coding standards and software development best practices.
- Work in Agile/Scrum teams and actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Maintain technical documentation and support production deployments.

Required Technical Skills

Backend Development

- Robust experience in Java 8/11/17
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA
- Experience in developing REST APIs and Microservices
- Good understanding of OOP Concepts, Design Patterns,



and Exception Handling
- Knowledge of Hibernate/JPA

Frontend Development

- Strong experience with React.js
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Experience with React Hooks, Functional Components, Context API
- Familiarity with state management tools such as Redux
- Experience in responsive UI development and API integration

Database

- Experience with SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases
- Strong SQL query-writing and database optimization skills

Tools & Technologies

- Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Understanding of Microservices architecture
- Experience with Docker and containerization technologies
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization frameworks (JWT, OAuth2)
- Exposure to Kafka or other messaging systems is an added advantage
