Java Full Stack Developer

Location: Remote

Experience: 7+ Years

Schedule: Must be able to work Hawaii Standard Time (HST)

We are looking for a Java Full Stack Developer with strong enterprise development experience and, mandatory, a healthcare/public-sector background .

Key Requirements

- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- Robust hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
- Front-end experience with Vue.js
- Strong Oracle SQL skills, including complex queries and optimization
- Experience with Kafka, JMS, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ
- Strong experience working on healthcare, Medicaid, or government healthcare systems
- Experience with Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES) is highly preferred
- Experience with Medicaid, SNAP, TANF,



financial assistance, eligibility, enrollment, or benefits systems is a strong plus
- Experience working with US state government/public-sector projects preferred
- Ability to take ownership of development work from requirements through delivery
- Strong collaboration skills with BA, QA, Product, and engineering teams

Ideal Profile We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked on US healthcare or Health & Human Services projects , especially Medicaid/eligibility systems , while having strong Java full-stack development experience.
