About The Role We are seeking a highly experienced Associate Architect specializing in Java to join our dynamic team in Mumbai or Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in enterprise application development, modernization, and cloud architecture.

As an Associate Architect, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with clients to understand their technical requirements, designing scalable solutions, and overseeing the development and deployment of complex Java-based applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet client expectations and adhere to industry best practices. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Java application development, including modernization and cloud integration, is required.



Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in enterprise-level web application development using frameworks such as J2EE and SpringBoot.

Experience with API design and integration, cloud architecture (preferably AWS), and automation tools is essential. Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles, database management (SQL or NoSQL), and agile development methodologies is mandatory. Familiarity with AWS services, code modernization tools, and front-end technologies like Angular and TypeScript will be advantageous.

Excellent problem-solving skills, leadership capabilities, and effective communication are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities The Associate Architect will be responsible for leading technical engagements with clients, including project briefing, consultation, installation, and review processes. You will support the design, development, enhancement, and modernization of enterprise Java applications, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry standards.

Your role involves managing customer demands to maximize satisfaction while maintaining high-quality deliverables. You will negotiate project requirements related to resources and infrastructure, and assist in creating comprehensive technical documentation. Supervising activities between internal teams and external resources to facilitate smooth workflow and timely delivery is vital. You will evaluate project data for accuracy, set project targets, and prioritize tasks accordingly.

Mentoring team members and providing technical guidance to enhance their skills is a key aspect of your responsibilities.



Staying updated with current industry practices and emerging trends will help improve service standards. You will review customer technical demands, assist in identifying optimal solutions, and ensure the robustness and maintainability of APIs.

Conducting research on new technologies and integrating innovative solutions into projects is expected. Additionally, you will perform other technical duties, ensuring best coding and architectural practices are followed, especially regarding API design and infrastructure coordination.
