IVF Counselor - Hyderabad

Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and result-oriented IVF Counselor to guide patients through their fertility treatment journey, coordinate with doctors and clinical teams, and ensure excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel patients regarding IVF, IUI and other fertility treatments.
- Understand patient concerns and explain treatment plans clearly.
- Coordinate doctor consultations, appointments, investigations and treatment schedules.
- Handle enquiries, follow-ups, patient queries and treatment-related coordination.
- Maintain strong patient relationships throughout the treatment journey.
- Address patient questions and concerns professionally and empathetically.
- Support patients in making informed treatment decisions.
- Maintain strong patient relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Update patient/lead information accurately in the CRM.
- Work towards counselling, booking and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing, front office and billing teams.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and medical information.




- Escalate medical/clinical queries to the appropriate doctor.
- Follow all clinic policies, ethical standards, and approved pricing/package guidelines.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; healthcare/life-science background preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in IVF, fertility, hospital or healthcare counselling preferred.
- Prior experience in IVF, fertility, hospital, healthcare, women's health, or medical counselling is preferred.
- Should be comfortable handling patients and couples from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication, counselling and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience and strong follow-up ability.
- Target-oriented with good negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency in English and local/regional languages preferred.
