Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Roorkee for an ITI-qualified Electrical/HVAC/Fitter professional with 5–6 years of experience in a GMP pharmaceutical plant. The role involves operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems, HVAC equipment, and mechanical fittings to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.

Daily responsibilities include routine inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical panels, motors, utilities, and HVAC systems, while strictly adhering to GMP, safety, and compliance standards. The professional will support production teams by responding to equipment issues,



coordinating with external vendors or service providers when required, and maintaining accurate maintenance records. The role also requires active participation in audits, implementation of improvement projects, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance reliability and efficiency of plant utilities and equipment.

Qualifications

- Solid understanding of Electricity and safe electrical practices in industrial environments.
- Skills in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering for plant utilities and equipment layouts.
- Experience with Power Generation systems, including monitoring and basic maintenance.
- Hands-on expertise in handling and maintaining Electrical Equipment used in GMP pharma plants.
- ITI or equivalent technical qualification in Electrical, HVAC, or Fitter trades; higher technical certifications are an advantage.
- Minimum 5–6 years of maintenance experience in a GMP-compliant pharmaceutical or similar regulated manufacturing facility.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, cleanroom environments, and utility equipment such as compressors, boilers, and chillers.
- Familiarity with GMP, safety standards, and documentation practices for audits and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to read technical drawings, use diagnostic tools, and perform root-cause analysis for equipment failures.
- Effective communication skills, teamwork mindset, and willingness to work in shifts or extended hours when required.
