Position: IT Support Executive
Location: Churchgate, Mumbai
Job Requirements:
- Graduate with 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Coordinate with AMC vendors and maintain IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, printers, and hardware inventory across locations.
- Monitor local and cloud servers and ensure daily backups.
- Handle software installation, licensing, renewals, and coordinate with vendors for technical support.
- Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity to ensure network reliability.
- Supervise security systems (CCTV, biometric) and manage user access to data and devices.
- Administer cloud servers and email systems while ensuring compliance with IT policies and security practices.
