Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (IT Sales) who is passionate about sales, client communication, and business growth. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, understanding client requirements, and promoting IT services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Identify and connect with potential clients and decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT services.
- Conduct cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations with prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations when required.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and track sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Coordinate with the technical and delivery teams to understand project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services and software solutions.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident.
