Are you an IT Recruiter who can do more than search and forward resumes?

We’re looking for a high-energy, hands-on IT Recruiter who can hunt, engage and close technology talent across AI/ML, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, QA and other emerging technologies.

This is not a coordination role. You’ll own recruitment end-to-end — from understanding the requirement and building the pipeline to screening, stakeholder management, negotiation, offer closure and joining.

What you’ll do:

- Source aggressively through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases and innovative channels.
- Understand technical requirements and identify genuinely relevant candidates.
- Build talent pipelines for niche and difficult-to-hire technology roles.
- Partner closely with technical and delivery teams.
- Drive candidates through the hiring process and maximise offer-to-join conversion.
- Handle negotiations, counter-offers, notice periods and candidate objections.




- Track hiring metrics and continuously improve quality, speed and closure rates.
- Leverage AI-driven recruitment and automation to make hiring smarter and faster.

What we’re looking for:

- 3–5 years of strong IT recruitment experience.
- Proven sourcing and candidate-closure ability.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Technology curiosity and the ability to understand contemporary IT roles.
- A strong sense of ownership, urgency and execution.

The mindset matters most. We’re not looking for someone who can send the most resumes.
