Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) roles.
- Understand client requirements and job specifications with clarity and precision.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and skilled networking.
- Conduct telephonic interviews to assess both technical and soft skills.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up on interview feedback and manage offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future C2H openings.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and trackers.
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and timelines.

Required Skills:

- Proven experience in IT recruitment, especially for C2H roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in maintaining recruitment trackers and reports.
