Proven track record in managing high-volume IT and corporate hiring across India.
Strong client and stakeholder management skills, with experience handling escalations.
Experience In Fast-paced, High-growth, Or Technology-driven Environments Is Preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and drive decisions.
