RUTLIX is hiring on behalf of one of our clients for an IT Procurement role.

Location: Pune

Role: IT Procurement Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time

Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, licenses, and IT services
- Source and evaluate vendors based on pricing, quality, and delivery timelines
- Negotiate quotations, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers
- Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and procurement documentation
- Coordinate with IT, Finance, Administration, and vendors
- Track deliveries, renewals, warranties, and vendor performance
- Maintain procurement records, MIS, and vendor databases
- Ensure cost-effective procurement while following company policies

Requirements




- Experience in IT Procurement / IT Purchasing / Vendor Management
- Knowledge of IT hardware, software, licenses, and related services
- Robust negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and procurement documentation
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Candidates with relevant procurement experience will be preferred
