We are looking for a skilled and proactive Network Engineer to join our IT team and be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network infrastructure for our business and clients across Kochi .

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on networking knowledge, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and a commitment to maintaining secure, reliable, and high-performing network environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, and other network infrastructure.
- Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, access points, VPNs, and related networking equipment.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and security.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, performance, and configuration issues.
- Perform network installations, upgrades, migrations, and maintenance.
- Implement and maintain network security measures.
- Configure and troubleshoot VPNs, VLANs, routing, switching, and firewall policies.
- Monitor network traffic and identify potential security or performance issues.
- Maintain accurate network documentation, configurations, and diagrams.
- Perform regular network health checks and recommend infrastructure improvements.
- Provide technical support and resolve escalated networking issues.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal technical teams when required.




- Ensure network infrastructure meets performance, security, and reliability requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
- Relevant experience as a Network Engineer, Network Administrator, or similar role .

- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, and switching.
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networking.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a technical team.

- Strong communication and client-handling skills.

Preferred Certifications Candidates with certifications such as the following will have an added advantage:

- Cisco CCNA / CCNP
- CompTIA Network+
- Fortinet certifications
- Microsoft certifications
- Other relevant networking certifications
