Role & Responsibilities :

1. Technology & IT Operations :

- Manage complete IT infrastructure, applications and technology operations.
- Ensure high availability, reliability and performance of business-critical systems.
- Manage servers, networks, databases, cloud infrastructure and end-user computing.
- Establish IT policies, processes and technology standards.

2. NBFC Application Management :

- Manage and support LOS, LMS, Collection, CRM, ERP and digital lending platforms.
- Ensure smooth integration with Credit Bureau, CKYC/KYC, GST, banking APIs, payment gateways and other third-party systems.
- Monitor application performance and resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate with business teams for technology requirements.

3. Infrastructure & Cloud :





- Manage AWS / Azure / GCP infrastructure and cloud operations.
- Implement backup, disaster recovery and business continuity systems.
- Ensure scalability, availability and performance of infrastructure.
- Manage network, firewall, VPN, servers and databases.

4. Cybersecurity & Compliance :

- Implement appropriate cybersecurity controls for NBFC operations.
- Work with Risk, Compliance and Audit teams on technology-related requirements.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, security audits and periodic security reviews.
- Ensure proper access control, data protection, backup and incident-management processes.
