Job Summary

Vinayak Jewels India Private Limited is looking for a skilled and dedicated IT Executive to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and experience in maintaining hardware, software, networking, and user support in a manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, printers, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and CCTV systems.
- Manage user accounts, email configuration, and system access.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data security.
- Install and update operating systems, antivirus software, and applications.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT procurement and maintenance.
- Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
- Troubleshoot system and network issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.




- Basic networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP).
- Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Printer and peripheral device management.
- MS Office and Outlook support.
- Knowledge of ERP support will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

- Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Sc. (IT), or equivalent.
- Relevant IT certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Executive or IT Support Engineer.
- Experience in the Jewellery Manufacturing industry will be preferred.
