Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive with prior experience in a hospital environment. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations, providing technical support, maintaining hospital IT systems, and ensuring smooth functioning of hardware, software, networks, and hospital applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day IT support to hospital departments and staff.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, printer, and system-related issues.
- Maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other IT equipment.
- Support Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and other healthcare applications.
- Coordinate with software vendors and external service providers for technical issues and system maintenance.
- Monitor network connectivity, Wi-Fi, servers, and IT infrastructure.
- Manage user accounts, system access, passwords, and access permissions.
- Ensure regular data backup and assist in maintaining data security.
- Install, configure, and update software and operating systems.




- Maintain an inventory of IT assets, including computers, accessories, and other equipment.
- Respond promptly to IT-related issues and minimize system downtime.
- Support IT requirements for recent employees, departments, and hospital projects.
- Maintain documentation of IT issues, repairs, configurations, and maintenance activities.
- Follow hospital policies regarding information security, confidentiality, and patient data protection.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of IT experience in a hospital is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking, Windows operating systems, and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with HIS/EMR or hospital management software is preferred.
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, printers, CCTV, and biometric systems.
- Basic understanding of server management, data backup, and IT security.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple hospital departments.
