Roles and Responsibilities

A. Hardware Management

- Installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, laptops and other IT hardware.
- Troubleshooting hardware-related problems such as system failure, printer issues, network connectivity and peripheral device issues.
- Regular preventive maintenance of all IT hardware.
- Maintain records of company IT assets, including computers, laptops, printers and other equipment.
- Coordinate with external vendors for repair and maintenance whenever required.

B. CCTV Camera Management

- Monitor the proper functioning of CCTV cameras and recording systems.
- Ensure that all CCTV cameras across the factory, office and retail stores are operational.
- Troubleshoot CCTV camera, DVR/NVR and recording-related issues.
- Coordinate with CCTV service providers for installation, maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain CCTV maintenance and service records.

C. Store IT Support

- Provide technical and hardware support to all company stores/outlets.
- Attend and resolve hardware-related issues reported by store employees on a priority basis.
- Coordinate with store managers regarding IT and hardware problems.
- Provide remote support whenever possible and visit stores when physical intervention is required.
- Ensure minimum downtime of critical IT equipment at stores.

D. Network and Peripheral Support

- Provide basic support for internet, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and network connectivity.
- Ensure smooth functioning of printers, barcode scanners, biometric machines and other IT devices.
- Escalate major network or software issues to the concerned IT Manager or external service provider.

E. IT Asset and Documentation

- Maintain updated records of IT assets and their allocation.
- Keep records of hardware repairs, replacements and maintenance.




- Prepare reports regarding IT issues and resolutions.
- Monitor the requirement for replacement or upgradation of old or damaged hardware.

F. Coordination and Support

- Coordinate with all departments and store teams for IT-related support.
- Coordinate with external IT hardware and CCTV vendors.
- Follow instructions given by the IT Manager and Management.
- Perform any other IT-related responsibilities assigned by Management.

6. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Timely resolution of hardware and CCTV-related complaints.
- Minimum downtime of IT equipment at stores and factory.
- Percentage of CCTV cameras functioning properly.
- Timely response to store IT support requests.
- Accuracy of IT asset records.
- Completion of preventive maintenance activities.
- Reduction in repeated hardware issues.

7. Qualifications and Experience

- Diploma / Degree in Computer Hardware, IT or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in IT hardware and technical support.
- Experience in CCTV installation and troubleshooting will be preferred.
- Experience in providing support to multiple locations/stores will be an added advantage.

8. Required Skills

- Computer and laptop hardware troubleshooting.
- CCTV camera, DVR/NVR knowledge.
- Basic networking and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
- Printer, scanner and peripheral device troubleshooting.
- Positive problem-solving and technical skills.
- Ability to provide remote and on-site support.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple store-related issues.

9. Working Conditions The IT Executive may be required to visit the factory, office and company stores/outlets for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT hardware and CCTV systems. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
