Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur for an IT Business Analyst / Project Manager focused on Salesforce CRM. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders and translating them into functional specifications for Salesforce CRM solutions.

The individual will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, coordination, monitoring progress, and managing risks to ensure timely and quality delivery. Daily responsibilities include mapping and improving business processes, collaborating with IT and business teams,



overseeing configuration and testing, and supporting user training and adoption. The role also includes preparing reports and dashboards, ensuring data integrity and compliance, and continuously identifying opportunities to enhance system usability and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose logical solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis, including eliciting and documenting business requirements and stakeholder needs.
- Ability to understand, map, and optimize business processes across functions to align with Salesforce CRM capabilities.
- Solid understanding of information technology concepts and experience working closely with IT teams on system implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud), including configuration, testing, and user support.
- Proven project management skills, with experience managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analysis, Project Management) are an advantage.
- Experience in financial services or NBFC environments and familiarity with lending or customer lifecycle processes is preferred.
