Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly proficient, motivated and competitive Sales Head in General Insurance to join our team and drive the expansion of our business.

n

Primary responsibility will be to proactively seek out and acquire recent corporate clients, understanding their specific insurance needs and offering tailored solutions.
n
Desired Knowledge of Commercial Lines as well as Employee Advantages products i.e. Property Insurance, Credit Insurance, Marine Insurance, Liability Insurance, Group Health Insurance, etc.
n
Manage corporate relationships: Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.
n
Regularly meet with clients to assess their satisfaction, identify new opportunities, showcasing the advantages of our offerings, and address any challenges and effectively closing sales.
n
Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
n
Customer engagement and relationship nurturing: Continuously engage with existing small and medium-sized business clients,



fostering long-term relationships and promoting cross sell business maintaining renewal business.
n
Provide support and assistance to clients, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and effectively.
n
Corporate insurance sales: Drive sales of corporate insurance products, meeting set targets and contributing to overall business growth.
n
Additionally, you will actively contribute to our marketing efforts and stay updated on industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
n
Achievement of Revenue numbers through Corporate Business Development.
n
Building a sustainable Sales pipeline.
n

Requirements and skills

n

n
Proven experience in General Insurance Business Development.
n
Strategic understanding of Corporate Sales and business domain.
n
Good comprehension knowledge of insurance products including Property Insurance, Group health Insurance, Liability Insurance, etc.
n
Excellent skills in communication and presentations.
n
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships.
n
Minimum Education criteria: Graduation in any stream, MBA will be added advantage.
