We are looking for a Business Development Executive to support client acquisition and business growth in the US Recruitment, Staffing, and Non-IT Services market.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.

Identify and connect with potential US clients.
n
Understand client hiring needs and present suitable recruitment solutions.
n
Build client relationships and follow up on business opportunities.
n
Maintain lead and client information in the CRM.
n
Coordinate with recruiters to support successful placements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business or any relevant bachelor's degree.
n
Freshers are welcome.
n
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Interest in sales and business development.
n
Proactive, confident, and willing to learn.
