BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience is mandatory.
Location: Open — candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi Client, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.
Engagement Type - Full Time - Permanent
Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered — this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.

Role Overview

An experienced Transformation PM with the ability to identify, document, and manage change requirements, and a deep understanding of the change lifecycle. Exposure to financial services in Commercial or Institutional banking, or Retail, Wealth, or Private banking, is required.





Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives within a UK financial services context
Identify, document, and manage change requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle
Apply change management best practices across Commercial, Institutional, Retail, Wealth, or Private banking initiatives
Coordinate stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams
Support delivery governance, risk management, and reporting

Required / Must-Have Skills
Experienced Transformation PM with solid change-management skills
Deep understanding of the change lifecycle
Exposure to financial services — Commercial/Institutional banking, or Retail/Wealth/Private banking
