Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Marketing & Business Development (API Division).

The role involves:

n

Identifying and developing new business opportunities for APIs in domestic and international markets
n
Supporting pricing, quotations, and contract negotiations.
n
Coordinating with internal teams such as production, quality, and R&D; to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and smooth execution of orders.
n
Preparing marketing materials, maintaining sales and pipeline reports, tracking market trends and competitor activities,



and participating in customer meetings, conference calls, and industry events.
n
Building long-term relationships with clients, supporting strategic marketing initiatives, and contributing to revenue growth and brand visibility for the API Division.

Qualifications

n

n
4–6 Years experience in APIs (Pharma) marketing & business development is a must.
n
Understand regulatory requirements and intellectual property aspects of pharmaceutical products
n
Possess excellent Communication skills for engaging with domestic and international clients
n
Demonstrate solid analytical, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
n
Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to a energetic, compliance-driven environment is expected.
n
A bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is preferred; an MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing or International Business is an added advantage.
