WE’RE LOOKING FOR A PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER. n

If you think performance marketing is just “set up an ad and check the leads” , this probably isn’t for you.

We’re looking for someone who can think beyond campaigns — understand the business, build the right strategy, analyse what’s working, and continuously optimise.

What you’ll work on: n

Google Ads — Search, Performance Max, Display & YouTube
n
Meta Ads — Lead generation, awareness, retargeting & conversion campaigns
n
LinkedIn Ads — B2B campaigns, lead generation & audience targeting
n
SEO — Keyword research, on-page strategy, content & performance
n
AEO — Optimising content for AI-driven search and answer engines
n
Campaign planning, audience research, keyword strategy & funnel building
n
Tracking, analytics,



reporting and conversion optimisation
n
Working with creatives and content teams to improve campaign performance

n

What we're looking for: n

Someone who understands why a campaign works , not just how to set one up.

n

You should be comfortable with numbers, data, testing and optimisation , while also having enough marketing sense to understand the creative side of performance.

n

n

And yes, you should be able to look at a campaign that isn't working and say “I know what we need to change.”

n
