Architect or Interior Designer (0–3 Years Experience)

Shilpshala is looking for a creative and motivated Architect or Interior Designer to work on commercial interior design projects. This position is suitable for fresh graduates and specialists with up to 3 years of experience who have strong presentation abilities and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically engaging spaces.

The ideal candidate should be capable of developing design concepts, preparing presentations, and creating compelling 3D visualizations to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop commercial interior projects from concept to execution.
n
Prepare client presentations, mood boards, material palettes, and design proposals.
n
Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visualizations.
n
Develop space planning layouts and detailed interior design drawings.
n
Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
n




Participate in client meetings and design discussions.
n
Research materials, finishes, furniture, and cutting-edge interior solutions.
n
Support project execution while maintaining design quality and project objectives.
n

Qualifications

n
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
n
0–3 years of experience in interior design (freshers are welcome to apply).
n
Experience or solid interest in commercial interior projects.
n
Excellent presentation and visual communication skills.
n
Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, 3ds Max, or similar visualization software.
n
Ability to create convincing 3D views and renderings.
n
Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset.
n
Interest in sustainable and thoughtful design solutions.
