Job Description:
Build and manage the master launch tracker across store readiness, fit-out, vendors, staffing,
collateral, uniforms, operating protocols, training and launch dependencies.
Maintain launch checklists, risk trackers and weekly readiness reviews.
Coordinate with brand/design partners, operations, technical teams, vendors, recruiters and
external advisors.
Identify delays, bottlenecks and unresolved dependencies early, and push them towards
closure.
Ensure launch execution does not remain founder-memory-led; it becomes tracker/system-
led.
