Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

n

● Manage the full implementation lifecycle including requirement gathering, configuration,testing, and deployment.

n

● Conduct client workshops to understand business processes and map them to product capabilities.

n

● Configure product modules and workflows to align with customer requirements.

n

● Manage and validate data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity.

n

● Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams during UAT and post go-live.

n

● Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success) for issue resolution.

n

● Track project progress, communicate status updates, and manage risks to ensure timely delivery.

n

● Document implementation best practices, templates, and client-specific configurations for reusability.

n

● Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase,



ensuring a seamless handover to the support team.

Required Qualifications:

n

Educational

n

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

n

● Certifications in project management (Agile/Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2) or SaaS tools

n

preferred.

n

Skilled

n

● 2–4 years of experience in product implementation, solution delivery, or consulting.

n

● Robust knowledge of SaaS/HRMS/Enterprise software workflows.

n

● Hands-on experience with data migration, system configuration, and UAT management.

n

● Proficiency in MS Excel/SQL for data handling and analysis.

n

● Robust communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.

n

● Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
