Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and creative Copy Supervisor to lead content development and guide a team of copywriters. This role involves driving creative direction, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering high-quality content across campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and positioning.
n
Create and oversee high-quality content across formats (social, SEO, web, scripts, storyboards).
n
Decode briefs and infuse strategic and creative insights.
n
Lead ideation for campaigns, pitches, and content calendars.
n
Review and refine content to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.
n
Supervise production processes, including shoots and creative checks.
n
Provide direction, feedback, and mentorship to junior team members.
n
Review and enhance presentations for client and internal meetings.
n




Act as the first point of contact for creative escalations.
n
Drive innovation through industry research and new content formats.
n
Ensure timely delivery and adherence to internal processes.
n

Preferred Skills:

4–6 years of experience in copywriting (digital agency preferred).
n
Strong creative thinking and strategic storytelling skills.
n
Excellent writing, proofreading, and presentation abilities.
n
Solid understanding of social media and digital ecosystems.
n
Proven experience in team management and mentoring.
n
Ability to write across diverse styles and tones with accuracy.
