Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems using industry-standard tools and techniques
Repair and maintain equipment such as motors, heaters, controls, and other building systems while adhering to safety standards




Conduct regular safety inspections across all areas of the property and take immediate corrective action to address potential hazards
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of electrical systems, including circuits, load capacities, and safety limits, ensuring compliance with established standards
Test electrical equipment and systems for safety and efficiency, documenting findings and recommendations
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of fire alarm systems and emergency protocols, ensuring all systems function properly
Assist stakeholders with inquiries regarding facility operations in a helpful, informative, and qualified manner
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance for organizational tracking and analysis
Collaborate with team members and management to prioritize maintenance tasks and meet operational goals
Stay current with industry best practices and safety regulations to enhance organizational performance
