Major Roles and Responsibilities

Key Account Manager.

Develop account plans and execute strategies to achieve Sales targets and business growth.

Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical, service team to deliver appropriate solutions.

Track project pipelines and ensure timely follow-up from lead generation to order closure.

Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates.
