JSW Sports is looking for a Program Coordinator Intern to join their team in Mumbai.

Role Summary

Support the CBO in driving program management and PMO rigor across cross-functional workstreams. The role will involve tracking key milestones, coordinating follow-ups, supporting leadership reviews and maintaining a strong operating cadence.

Key Responsibilities

Track project milestones, deliverables, timelines and dependencies.
n
Coordinate follow-ups across cross-functional teams.
n
Maintain project calendars, trackers and leadership review decks.
n
Support strategic analysis, reporting and preparation of management updates.
n
Assist in driving the operating cadence across key initiatives.
n
Identify gaps or delays and proactively follow up with stakeholders.
n




Support the CBO on special projects and strategic initiatives.
n

Required

n

n
0–2 years of experience; startup, consulting or program management experience preferred.
n
Strong Excel, PowerPoint and communication skills.
n
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
n
Solid ownership and execution orientation.
n
Structured approach to problem-solving.
n
Ability to work across multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
n
High adaptability and comfort working in a quick-paced setting.
n
Relevant sports/apparel/footwear experience is preferred.
n
Startup/build-from-zero experience is a plus.
