Online Bidder – Job Description

Experience: 2–3 years of relevant & proven experience

Location: Kolkata

We are looking for an experienced Online Bidder who can identify new business opportunities, prepare winning proposals, and manage the complete bidding process.

Key Responsibilities
Find and qualify projects through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other bidding platforms.
Prepare and submit compelling proposals and bids.
Communicate with clients and understand project requirements.
Coordinate with the technical/team members to prepare accurate proposals.
Follow up with leads and maintain proper records of bids and prospects.
Achieve monthly bidding and lead-generation targets.

Requirements
2–3 years of proven experience in online bidding/business development, preferably in the IT/software industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Positive understanding of IT services and software development projects.
Experience with platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, etc. will be an advantage.
Target-oriented, proactive, and positive at client handling.
