Role & Responsibilities
Perform routine laboratory tests and procedures with precision and attention to detail.
Collect, process, and analyze biological samples adhering to safety and quality standards.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Record and report test results accurately and timely for clinical use.
Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
Collaborate with healthcare specialists to support diagnostic processes and patient care.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have




Experience in laboratory testing and sample processing
Knowledge of laboratory instruments and data management tools
Understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance
Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Good communication skills in local language and English

Preferred
Certification in medical laboratory technology or related field
Experience working in a clinical laboratory setting
