Job Summary:

The Merchandiser is responsible for planning, monitoring, and promoting products to maximize sales and profitability. This includes coordinating with titan merch, managing inventory, analysing sales trends, and ensuring products are displayed according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage product assortment based on customer demand and market trends.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment of stock.
Ensure products are displayed attractively and in line with company merchandising guidelines.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Coordinate with store teams to ensure product availability.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
Prepare sales, inventory, and performance reports.
Maintain accurate product and pricing information.
Ensure compliance with company policies and merchandising standards.

Required Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or sales is an advantage.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
