Job Description:
Analyze business needs, processes, and pain points to support effective solution design and delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and clarify requirements, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints.
Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessments.
Prepare and maintain transparent business documentation, presentations, meeting notes, and decision materials.
Ensure project and organizational documentation is accurate and aligned with defined standards.
Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and SMEs to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
Track and manage open actions, risks, issues, and dependencies related to requirements and delivery.
