JD for HR Manager-

Record-keeping.Preparing payroll.

Legal compliances of PF/ESI/ PTax.

Maintaining accounts in Tally.

Knowledge of GST/Income tax.

Maintaining the worker's personnel file.

Conducting workers orientation for the newly joined workers.

Giving awareness training to workers.

Workers grievance handling.

Monitoring housekeeping and cleaning on the production floor.

Should know how to communicate with Certification bodies and get the factory certified.

Preparing compliance document, Maintaining all necessary documents, licenses, files, etc.

Overall HR, Admin & compliance related matter handling.

Should have knowledge and can get the Compliance done for factory audits. SEDEX, HIGG, GOTS, OCS, BSCI, SA 8000, WRAP, FAIRTRADE.

GOTS/OCS- Well versed with TC issue process and SOP. Maintain proper inventory record of ORGANIC, FAIRTRADE.

Engaging with NGOs, FAIRWEAR audit.
